Behind the scenes at the 23rd Trencherman's
Guide Launch showcasing the best must visit restaurants in the South West, UK.
The event which included several chefs cooking at the launch
lunch, was held at The Bybrook Restaurant at The Manor House in Castle
Combe, Wiltshire. The chefs included Richard Davies (The Manor House)
canapés and main course, Matthew Beardshall (Wild Garlic Restaurant and
Rooms) starter, Sam Moody (The Bath Priory) fish course and Matthew Peryer
