Sport photographer Guy Harrop catches up with the kite buggy action at a PKA National kite buggy race weekend.







Photos by Devon PR sport  photographer Guy Harrop 22/01/12. Competitors take part in the annual PKA Icicles Enduro kite buggy race on Westward Ho! beach in Devon. The Icicles Cup is the first National race of the season organised by the Parakart Association and lasts 4 hours round a beach circuit at low tide, getting it's name Icicles from the usually cold UK weather.
