Southwest food photographer goes sardine fishing in trawler off the Cornish coast

The Pilchard or Cornish sardine as it is now known has been fished for centuries off the Cornish coast , originally salted or pickled exports were regularly sent to Spain, Italy and France.

The image was taken whilst on an ajoining shoot and after spotting an opportunity, Guy quickly jumped into action to take a couple of his own set ups before carrying on with his previous client brief.
